In the wake of the Serve and BlueBird restrictions, I decided to go down to my local CVS to pickup a PPMC card. They have a new design that incorporates orange text to notify people the PINs should be treated like cash.
I was still able to purchase and load it to my account as normal, but it’s interesting that they felt the need to make this warning so much more explicit.
